ORDERS & SHIPPING
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES AND DELIVERY TIMELINE?
All Aakshi orders are carefully packed and shipped from California, USA. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. We offer discounted shipping via multiple carriers, typically flat $5 ground shipping for all orders within US.
If an item you selected is on backorder, it may take 6 - 8 weeks to ship. We’ll notify you right away with updates on fulfillment and timing. For any questions about your order or product availability, feel free to email us at customerservice@aakshi.com.
HOW CAN I ORDER A SOLD OUT ITEM?
Our pieces are crafted in small batches to minimize waste and ensure mindful production. If an item is temporarily unavailable but planned for restock, it will appear as “Back Order” on the product page - and you’ll be able to reserve yours. We’ll notify you as soon as it's back in stock, typically within 6 - 8 weeks.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SENT AS A GIFT?
Absolutely. Just leave your custom message in the notes section at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest - with extra care and thoughtful packaging.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept the following payment options for online purchases:
- All major credit cards
- PayPal (you can create an account during checkout if you don’t have one)
- Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay
- Venmo, Shop, and other 3rd party wallets
Please ensure your billing address matches the one on your credit card statement for smooth processing.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is placed, you can log into My Account to view purchase details, track preparation, and follow your shipping updates in real time.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
We want you to absolutely love your Aakshi piece. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the item must be unused, with original packaging intact. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping.
Email customerservice@aakshi.com to begin the process. We will not be able to accept any unauthorized exchanges.
Please note: All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
HOW DO I START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
We’re here to help make it simple:
- Send us an email at customerservice@aakshi.com with your Order Number to initiate the process. Kindly wait for a response before shipping anything back.
- Prefer to use our pre-paid return label? No problem - we’ll simply deduct $8 per item from your refund to cover return shipping.
- Want to ship it back your way? Please choose a trackable and insured method. Aakshi is not liable for lost or damaged returns in transit.
- Once we receive your item, your exchange or store credit will be processed.

What materials do you work with?
All our pieces are crafted using 925 Sterling Silver - 92.5% pure silver blended with alloy metals like copper to enhance durability for everyday wear.
Our gold pieces feature a thick 18K micron plating over sterling silver. This high-quality coating offers a rich finish and long-lasting wear - not to be confused with flash plating.
How can I care for my pieces?
Treat your jewelry like you would a little treasure (because it is!). Keep it away from harsh chemicals, take it off before a swim, and store it in a soft pouch.

Where are your pieces made?
Our collections are thoughtfully designed in California and handcrafted in Jaipur, India - where talented artisans, many from generations of jewelry makers, handcraft each piece with care, skill, and soul.
How are your pieces made?
We use an ancient wax casting technique (pretty magical, honestly) that allows for the fine detailing and sculptural forms you love. Every piece is handmade - no shortcuts, no machines, just time, technique, and a lot of heart.

How can I choose the right size for me?
While our earrings, necklaces, and most bracelets are designed to be one-size-fits-all, our rings come in select sizes. To find your perfect fit, refer to the simple guide below. We currently offer a curated range of popular ring sizes. If you need a size outside this range, we’d love to help - reach out to us at customerservice@aakshi.com or through our contact form.
Finding Your Fit, Made Simple - All you need is a string and a moment:
- Cut: Take a small piece of string, thread, or ribbon.
- Measure: Wrap it snugly around your finger - comfortably, not tightly.
- Mark & Match: Note the length and compare it with our sizing chart below.
- Tip: Be careful not to wrap the string too tight. Aim for a comfortable, snug fit. For the most accuracy, have someone help you measure.
